Clouston Drafting & Design is a Custom Home, Renovation & HVAC Design firm located in Norwood, Ontario. Dawn Clouston, sole proprietor, is a registered Residential & Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) designer and brings creativity and an enthusiasm to meet the clients' needs.
Clouston Drafting & Design works with clients to create custom home design plans tailored to their needs and vision. Services also include home renovation design plans for those clients who wish to make changes or additions to their existing homes. Clouston Drafting & Design also works with Heating Contractors to provide home owners with the HVAC design plans required to obtain construction permits. Clients can also receive assistance with obtaining permits required to begin their construction or renovation project. Clouston Drafting & Design will work with clients from your initial consultation to create conceptual drawings for your review. After reviewing your drawings you will have the opportunity to make any necessary changes (up to 3 changes included) prior to the completion of your construction set of drawings. All drawings meet or exceed Ontario Building Code regulations and adhere to common building practices. All drawings are BCIN approved.
